Kobe Rape Case Fallout: The Sex Contract

Forget your American Express card – but don’t leave home without your sex contact. “Get it in writing!” declares Dr. Ava Cadell.

The certified clinical sexologist, based in Los Angeles, has counseled celebrities and athletes and their potential sex partners.

She says if Kobe had his accuser sign such a consent form, he probably would not be headed to court. “Prenuptial agreements have become standard for celebrities before they get married to protect their assets so why not have an agreement before you have sex to protect your reputation – and perhaps your freedom,” Dr. Cadell told The ENQUIRER.

In her suggested contract, all individual sex acts require prior signed consent – and participants agree not to change their minds before an act is over!
