First Time’s The Charm

FIRST TIME SEX
Taking off your clothes with a new woman is always uncharted territory. The key to great sex the first time is taking it slow. “Let her know that when you make love to a woman, you do it from head to toe,” says Nicole Beland, Men’s Health Girl Next Door. “Few guys know how much a woman loves to be stroked with her bra and panties still on, so don’t rush to get her naked. Show her you understand the importance of foreplay by slowly rubbing circles over her clitoris and nipples. The feel of the fabric against her skin and your fingers on the other side of it will leave her dying for more.”

A T minus 30 seconds, retrieve a three-pack of Trojans (a whole box is scary) from your bedside table and tell her you’re going to use one—saying it aloud increases trust according to a University of Georgia study. After sex, hold her for at least 10 minutes, says Ava Cadell, Ph.D., a clinical sexologist, “tell her she has a great body (and mean it), and stay the night.” This shows reverence for her body and reassures her that you want sex to be part of the journey of the relationship, not the destination.
