There is no right or wrong way to masturbate, but I do recommend variety. So masturbate in different positions, on different objects like a pillow, a rolled up sock, even the tumble dryer on spin cycle.

Ladies, use a different hand, enjoy the stimulation of a water faucet or shower massager on your clitoris. But when you and your partner are looking to get some juices flowing, here are some sexercises to add variety to your lovemaking, enhance your intimacy and expand your sexual horizon – not to mention keep you both in tip top physical condition.

Love Squats
The squat exercise typically starts in a standing position. Feet should be approximately shoulder-width apart. Bend at the knees until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Squat down above your lover’s face (who is lying on his or her back comfortably while you do all the work) and let him/her give you some oral pleasure. If you can’t squat that low, then put a pillow under your lover’s head. This is a great workout for your legs and butt so do it at least three times a week for 20 reps and take turns being on top.

Love Push-Ups
One person lies down on the floor face up while the other lies on top facedown toward the partner’s feet – as in the sixty-nine (69) position. With palms at shoulder level, legs apart on either side of lover’s head, the person on top pushes him or herself up and then down so that both are able to give each other amazing oral sex. This is a great workout for the shoulders, stomach and legs so do it at least three times a week for 20 reps and take turns being on top.

Tongue Stretches
Since the tongue is so flexible with all its muscles, it’s important to maintain its agility, especially if you want to be a master or mistress at giving oral sex. Follow these exercises and do them once daily or just before an oral sex adventure.

  1. Extend your tongue between your lips as far as you can. Hold it steady and straight for 10 seconds. Relax and repeat three times. (You may not want to do this in public.)
  2. Retract your tongue, lifting the back of it to the roof of your mouth. Hold for five seconds. Relax and repeat three times.
  3. Stretch your tongue out, move it to the right as far as you can. Hold it for five seconds. Relax and repeat two times.
  4. Stretch your tongue out, move it to the left as far as you can. Hold it for five seconds. Relax and repeat two times.
  5. Move your tongue to the far left and then far right as fast as you can. Repeat 20 times.
  6. Stretch your tongue out and up to the tip of your nose. Hold for three seconds. Relax and repeat two times.
  7. Stretch your tongue out and down toward your chin. Hold for three seconds. Relax and repeat two times.

These tongue exercises may seem funny, but don’t underestimate the power of your tongue when it comes to oral sex.
